This workshop directly embodies the idea that science is not confined to laboratories, but lives within our cities through applications that protect lives and the environment. Participants will observe how theoretical knowledge from mathematics, electronics, and computer science can be transformed into concrete, useful solutions—such as early fire-detection systems. In this way, science quite literally “comes to the city,” revealing its practical, socially responsible, and innovative side. The workshop encourages participants to think about smart and safe cities of the future, where technology serves the community.
