Workshop for School Leaders: Peer Case Consultation – Making Use of the Expertise within Your Teaching Staff

26 Nov 2026 , 10:00 - 15:00
ORGANISED BY: Science Comes to Town
Anscharpark | Coworkhaus, Weimarer Str. 6, 24106 Kiel

In this workshop offered by the Center for Teacher Education (ZfL) for school leaders, you will learn how to draw on the expertise within your own teaching staff for joint reflection and the development of concrete options for action. You will gain practical experience with the method and explore both the in-depth Peer Case Consultation approach and the “Smart Request,” a concise version designed for everyday use in schools. Together, we will then consider how peer consultation can be implemented in a way that fits the specific conditions and needs of your school.

Participation is free of charge, and the number of participants is limited. Refreshments will be provided.
