With this year’s Day of Teaching and Learning, which we are organising as part of Science Comes to Town under the title “Lehre Comes to Town – Opening Up Perspectives. Rethinking Teaching.”, we want to make this diversity visible.
We invite all students, teachers and staff of Kiel University, as well as anyone interested, to the Science Centre Kiel. On the one hand, the “town” is our university: our shared place for teaching and learning. We invite you to look at teaching and learning from different perspectives.
On the other hand, the “town” can also be understood as the city and region of Kiel: the place where teaching reaches beyond the university, is put into practice, enables networking and, at the same time, takes up new impulses.
The Day of Teaching and Learning aims to create a space where these different perspectives can become visible, enter into dialogue with one another and inspire new ideas for the future of teaching and learning. You are very welcome to bring your own perspectives with you – at the same time, the day thrives on the opportunity to broaden, question and perhaps even change them through exchange with others.
Registration starting in October:
