This competition is organised under the auspices of the Conference of Directors of Science Faculties (CDUS) and is open to pupils at secondary schools, both state and private, who submit a project involving scientific or technical experiments developed as part of their school activities. Every year, numerous French universities take part in the national ‘FAITES DE LA SCIENCE’ competition. They first organise a local round during which the winning pupils are selected to go on to represent their schools at the national competition.
