As part of the lecture “Nuclear-Powered Ships and the Challenges of Decarbonizing Maritime Transport,” a theoretical and practical overview will be presented of the maritime legal conditions for the entry of foreign nuclear-powered ships into the internal waters of the Republic of Croatia, highlighting the historical development of the use of nuclear energy in shipping, the challenges of decarbonization, and related topics.
